How can Maze help you find the path to your users' insights? In the second episode of the IT’s Time to Talk series, Michał 'Mike' Lisewski asks our product designers Hanna Klich and Oskar Czubacki how they use Maze - a research & prototyping tool that helps us gather feedback from various user groups asynchronously. A long time ago, in the pre-Figma era, it was quite time-consuming to perform user tests while building digital products. Currently, designers and developers may help themselves prioritize and distinguish features, stories, and paths that are expected in further product development. My favorite part of an interface. 😊 I believe when designing a product, you must map out a very intentional and transparent user flow. While ensuring all the sections/points on the user flow is given the perfect amount of detail, We must ensure to input that same or even more amount of detail and design emotion into our on boarding screens. The reasons why the onboarding screens are my favorite is the fact that I can communicate with the user and introduce them not only to the software but also to the entire product. I get to convince them to trust and feel safe with providing their information to an application. So it is very essential to ensure our users get a very smooth and transparent welcome into products that we have poured hours of creative probelm solving into. "I love onboarding screens" 😅 #productdesign #ui #ux #design

The "forgotten" stakeholders can sometimes hold the most power. As product teams we often build products (CMS in partic) where UX is great, but the Author/Editor experience is shocking. But often, the people are the ones using our products the most. They also have a line into the client org, so any issues tend to get noticed.I always try and include these stakeholders in my discovery sessions. What other ones have you missed and have they come back to haunt you? 👻#UX #ProductDesigner #Discovery
